How Do I Search for Votes?

There are 2 ways to search for voting records.

From the home page, type in any word and the AccountableGOV search engine will find all agenda items that contain that word in the minutes. For example, if you enter “billboard”, the engine will return all items that have the word “billboard”.

Wizard

You can also use are search wizard to find what you are looking for. For example, you want to find all agenda items that contain the word “billboard” between Jan-2007 and Jan-2008. You can do so by clicking on the “Search Wizard” link on the home page.

How Do I Review an Entire Meeting?

You can browse an entire meeting by clicking on the “Meetings” link at the top of the page and then selecting the desired meeting from the list.

How Do I Check Attendance?

Check attendance records and attendance statistics by clicking on the Attendance link.

How Do I Review Citizen Comments?

Review citizen comments by clicking on the “Citizen Comments” link at the top of the page.
